Continuous Improvement Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Field-based role in Susurluk, Balıkesir, Türkiye; candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Balıkesir-Susurluk, Bursa (Karacabey-Mustafakemalpaşa), Manyas, or Bandırma.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize production losses and waste by analyzing daily and shift-based data.
• Collect shop-floor data, investigate breakdown root causes, and support countermeasure planning.
• Determine optimal production-line settings and take preventive actions to sustain performance.
• Monitor the use and sustainability of continuous improvement tools on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, Team Leaders, and Maintenance Leaders to eliminate chronic losses.
• Maintain accurate MES data, update daily management boards, and follow GMP, hygiene, and cleaning standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or a related engineering field.
• Intermediate English preferred.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns when required.
