Location: Istanbul, Turkey; regular domestic and international travel required

is an international food ingredients company developing solutions for bakery, patisserie, and chocolate applications.
What you will do
- Design and develop bakery products for the local market and customer-specific applications.
- Coordinate technical support, joint projects, and studies with the Belgium Headquarters.
- Investigate bakery product complaints with the Quality Department, conduct analyses, prepare reports, and provide on-site solutions when required.
- Visit artisan and industrial customers with sales teams to gather requirements and follow up on custom product development.
- Monitor competitor products, conduct benchmark studies, and communicate relevant developments to stakeholders.
- Track new innovations, support Marketing and Sales, ensure regulatory adaptation, report project progress, and maintain KPI data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering.
- At least 5 years of R&D experience in bakery, flour, or patisserie.
- Knowledge of the bakery industry and a passion for food innovation.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.
- Fluent English required.
- Good command of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
