Manager (Solution Architect)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; based in the Middle East office. Relocation is not provided for this role.

What you will do

• Lead EPM solution architecture and delivery across Anaplan, Pigment, and Workiva environments.
• Support pre-sales by building or directing platform demonstrations and developing accelerator-model expertise.
• Lead discovery sessions, define project scope, document requirements, and map current- and future-state processes.
• Design future-state operating models, integration approaches, project specifications, and sprint plans.
• Lead requirements documentation and manage user stories and backlogs in JIRA.
• Engage clients throughout delivery through sprint reviews, progress updates, integration reports, and demonstrations.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification and 5+ years of experience managing Anaplan platforms in internal finance teams.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and scoping complex programmes.
• Deep knowledge of Anaplan, advanced model design, integration patterns, and strong Excel modelling skills.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart, JIRA or equivalent agile tooling, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong consulting, communication, analytical, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Financial modelling experience in private markets, asset management, or insurance.
• Arabic fluency.
• Familiarity with broader EPM and finance systems.
