TL;DR
Associate Director, Private Markets Solutions- Investran SME (Private Markets): Designing and delivering Investran-based solutions, reporting, and data models for private equity, real estate, private credit, and hybrid private market funds with an accent on fund configuration, business analysis, and operational workflows. Focus on modeling complex fund processes, building custom reports, validating outputs through UAT, and maintaining data integrity across private market platforms.

What you will do
- Provide subject matter expertise for private equity, real estate, private credit, and hybrid private market funds.
- Drive solution design, business analysis, and project execution for private market use cases.
- Configure client and fund accounts, investor allocations, capital activity workflows, data, and reporting in Investran.
- Design, build, and maintain custom solutions and reports across Investran, private market reporting tools, data warehouses, and internal platforms.
- Participate in UAT, output validation, production support, data remediation, and continuous improvement.
- Create process documentation and training materials while providing onboarding and ad-hoc solution support.
Requirements
- More than 5–7 years of experience in private equity, real assets, hedge markets, or fund operations.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Investran, including account setup, data structures, Report Builder, and Reporting Services/Manager report development.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to model business processes and produce structure charts, data models, process models, use cases, and scenarios.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data integrity skills.
- Ability to work independently with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.
