Sr Database Support Assoc (SQL)

Location: Taguig City, Philippines; willing to work in the Taguig area and night shift required

What you will do

• Create and maintain hirify.global sales databases under close guidance or supervision.
• Process additions and modifications from internal and external sources while maintaining data accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and resolve routine supplier and database exceptions through quality control reviews and maintenance.
• Verify supplier data processing and output monthly, applying corrections according to established protocols.
• Monitor monthly client information for data trends and upload or download data as required.
• Maintain documentation of quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with an IT background.
• Up to two years of experience, preferably in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Windows applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in SQL and experience with databases and data analysis tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work the night shift and in the Taguig area.
