Enterprise Recruitment Representative (Education)

Location: Madaba, Jordan; extensive travel required for 15–20 working days per month.

What you will do

• Implement recruitment strategies to help institution partners achieve enrollment goals.
• Represent and promote hirify.global’s platform and services to recruitment partners.
• Drive partner sign-ups and identify business opportunities through calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Visit recruitment partners, participate in education fairs, and deliver presentations to agents and prospective students.
• Train partners on processes, schools, programs, and admission requirements, while promoting premium services and tools.
• Manage partner relationships, CRM records, webinars, seminars, and collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment, preferably in education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Understanding of enrollment processes and strategies across different types of institutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Based in Madaba, Jordan, with extensive travel of 15–20 working days per month.
