What you will do
- Collect, organize, and clean monthly sales, channel, inventory, and market data for cosmetics products.
- Prepare regular data statistics, trend analyses, and monthly market information for relevant teams.
- Coordinate twice-yearly UC data checks and maintain data accuracy.
- Support sales, marketing, and operations teams with business inquiries and data requests.
- Assist with category forecasting, product selection analysis, and business optimization.
- Improve data-processing workflows and overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with the research industry.
- Proficiency in Excel for data processing, statistics, and reporting.
- Strong data accuracy, standardized management, business insight, and trend judgment skills.
- Ability to deliver tasks independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments.
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
