Senior Equipment Improvement Engineer (Singulation)

What you will do

• Improve package singulation equipment KPIs, including OEE, UPH, MTBF, MTBA, and equipment availability.
• Support equipment installation, setup, qualification, and production ramp-up.
• Perform troubleshooting, failure analysis, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead equipment improvement projects focused on productivity, yield, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting, failure analysis, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvement.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, MTBF, MTBA, UPH, and equipment performance management.
• Experience with equipment qualification and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and independent improvement-driving skills.
