Senior GNC Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Tallinn; willingness to relocate to Tallinn is required.

What you will do

• Lead the design of navigation algorithms, sensor-fusion architectures, and state-estimation solutions.
• Develop guidance algorithms, trajectory-optimization strategies, and flight-control laws.
• Create and maintain flight-dynamics models and simulation environments using MATLAB/Simulink and Python.
• Perform robustness, sensitivity, and Monte Carlo analyses to validate system performance.
• Collaborate with flight physics, airframe, actuation, sensor, and systems engineering teams.
• Lead design reviews, technical documentation, risk assessments, mentoring, and flight-test analysis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in GNC, flight dynamics, or related aerospace engineering roles.
• Experience with guidance, navigation, control systems, state estimation, sensor fusion, and flight dynamics.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and Python for modeling, simulation, and algorithm development.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and relocate to Tallinn.
