Senior Settlements Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support loan settlements and repayments in collaboration with Credit, Sales, Operations, brokers, and clients.
• Collect and verify supporting documentation against Credit Team requirements.
• Prepare loan document instructions for panel lawyers handling funding and loan discharges.
• Maintain accurate settlement pipeline updates in internal systems and tools.
• Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Treasury, and other teams to move loans through the pipeline within SLA.
• Manage security packet record keeping.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a settlements role.
• Experience with residential lending settlements, including funding and discharges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, file management, and process improvement skills.
• A proactive, delivery-focused approach with the ability to take ownership.
• Friendly, energetic, authentic, and helpful working style.
