What you will do
- Answer customer questions and transfer inquiries to the appropriate person when needed.
- Generate quotations and process orders, transactions, and service-related requests.
- Handle customer complaints and collect feedback.
- Communicate with customers clearly, professionally, and empathetically throughout the support process.
- Provide regular updates on inquiry and issue status.
- Contribute to completing SVC orders and increasing the SCV order completion rate by 2%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another field.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
