What you will do
- Design regulatory frameworks for a new Web3 wagering platform.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build compliant-by-design features.
- Assess global expansion opportunities, launch jurisdictions, and market entry strategies.
- Conduct practical legal and regulatory risk assessments that support business decisions.
- Build a network of mission-aligned outside counsel across relevant markets.
Requirements
- Deep experience in iGaming, casino, or sportsbook environments.
- Law degree and strong legal foundations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Ability to build processes from scratch and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Commercial judgment, high energy, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
