What you will do

• Carry out plastering, painting, and silicone work in public and non-public hotel areas.
• Organize and provide the materials required for maintenance work.
• Maintain Motel One quality standards and corporate principles.
• Support other departments and gain experience across different areas of hotel operations.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a painter/decorator or several years of professional experience.
• Manual skills relevant to hotel maintenance.
• Attention to detail and an interest in technology.
• Flexibility, organization, and a strong sense of quality and service.
• Communicative, collaborative approach and willingness to assist across departments.
