Senior Technical Analyst (Laboratory Systems) (Pharmaceutical R&D and Laboratory Informatics): Supporting the configuration, validation, deployment, and operation of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems with an accent on AWS infrastructure, chromatography data integrations, and GxP compliance. Focus on developing IQ/OQ and UAT test scripts, coordinating software releases and migrations, troubleshooting instrument connectivity, and supporting regulated laboratory users.
Location: Full Remote from Warszawa, Poland

What you will do
- Support the design, configuration, deployment, and operation of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems.
- Configure and manage on-premises and AWS resources supporting laboratory applications and business workflows.
- Coordinate infrastructure, software deployment, migration, release, and production activities with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, execute, and maintain IQ/OQ, UAT, and other validation test scripts.
- Troubleshoot laboratory software, infrastructure, and instrument connectivity issues.
- Provide technical documentation, user guidance, training, and ongoing application support.
Requirements
- Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, AWS cloud services, chromatography data systems, and laboratory instrument integrations.
- Experience with GxP and non-GxP laboratory systems, software lifecycle management, validation, and regulated deployments.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing IQ/OQ and UAT test scripts, plus troubleshooting laboratory and infrastructure issues.
- Experience coordinating technical activities across stakeholders and project teams, including leading or mentoring small technical teams.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agilent OpenLAB CDS or similar laboratory informatics platforms.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering technical training and creating user documentation.
- Knowledge of laboratory validation, SDLC, and computerized system compliance.
- Experience working in Agile or global delivery environments.
