FP&A Business Partner

Location: El Tagamoa El Khames Commercial Office, Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Lead assigned FP&A activities across annual operating plans, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Own components of AOP, Forecast, Checkpoint, and Long-Range Planning cycles, including analysis, modelling, consolidation, and performance interpretation.
• Prepare reporting packages, KPI analysis, and forward-looking performance insights for assigned business areas.
• Deliver financial analysis and recommendations that support business decisions, cost management, ZBB, and productivity tracking.
• Partner with Commercial Finance, SCF, and Functional Finance teams to reconcile inputs and challenge assumptions.
• Lead short-term finance improvement projects and improve FP&A processes, reporting approaches, and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of finance experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in FP&A, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and performance management.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, reconcile differing inputs, challenge assumptions, and build alignment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools.
