Regional Finance Manager (Healthcare Technology)

What you will do

• Lead regional accounting operations and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Review general ledger activity, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, balance sheet accounts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS Accounting Standards, including appropriate revenue recognition under IFRS 15.
• Coordinate external audits, statutory reporting, audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Improve accounting policies, internal controls, process efficiency, automation, and finance system implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Legal, HR, and regional leadership on budgeting, forecasting, contracts, risks, and financial guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent.
• Experience with IFRS, IFRS 15, complex customer contracts, revenue recognition, audits, and financial controls.
• Ability to work across multiple countries, entities, and currencies and provide technical guidance to accounting teams.
