Senior Gen AI Video & Motion Designer (Gen AI)

What you will do

• Develop storyboards and video concepts based on creative briefs, audience insights, and performance objectives.
• Edit and produce hero assets, paid social videos, short-form content, and six-second cuts.
• Create and integrate generative AI video using text-to-video, image-to-video, generative extension, scene creation, object removal, and outpainting techniques.
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, lower thirds, end frames, and other branded elements.
• Adapt and version content for different platforms, markets, languages, audiences, and aspect ratios.
• Build scalable workflows, templates, automation processes, prompt libraries, and reusable systems for high-volume video production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using generative AI video tools in real production environments.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating Gen AI video work is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, plus strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or an equivalent editing and color-grading tool.
• Experience with performance marketing, paid media, social, digital advertising, high-volume video variations, and platform specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with ComfyUI, Figma Weave, node-based AI workflows, LoRAs, ControlNet, or fine-tuning.
• Python, JavaScript, ExtendScript, creative automation, or dynamic video templating experience.
• Advanced Figma knowledge and experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or virtual production.
• Knowledge of AI content provenance, licensing, synthetic likeness, and brand-safety considerations.
