Enforcement Operations Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; or Washington, DC. Hybrid policy requires staff to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office attendance.

What you will do

• Own the full enforcement lifecycle across cloud partner surfaces, from detection and review through action, customer communication, and appeals.
• Define partner-specific enforcement paths for Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Manage review, escalation, and action SLAs and report performance to leadership, partners, and regulators.
• Develop SOPs, escalation guides, quality processes, red-teaming practices, and shared operational metrics.
• Coordinate paired investigations with partner threat intelligence teams, including referrals, indicator sharing, and high-severity incident paging.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in trust and safety operations, enforcement, threat intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience managing external partner or vendor relationships without direct control over their systems or priorities.
• Experience building enforcement programs, including SLAs, escalation paths, quality measurement, documentation, and SOPs.
• Ability to work across policy, legal, engineering, and operations teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
• May involve exposure to explicit sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing content.

Nice to have

• Trust and safety, abuse, or security operations experience at AWS, GCP, Azure, or a marketplace-based company.
• Experience designing incident response or escalation processes across multiple companies.
• Familiarity with data access controls, audit requirements, privacy-constrained review environments, regulatory reporting, or compliance programs.
• Background in AI safety, content moderation, fraud, or abuse detection systems.
• Experience using data and metrics to guide operational decisions and identify trends.
