Head of DevOps and Infrastructure (AWS/Kubernetes/CI/CD): Leading DevOps and Infrastructure teams responsible for reliable, scalable staging and production environments with an accent on CI/CD quality, SRE practices, and cloud infrastructure. Focus on building high-performing engineering teams, reducing deployment lead time, and maintaining 99.9% staging and 99.99% product availability for high-RPS distributed systems.

What you will do
- Lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams supporting the development, deployment, and operation of the platform.
- Ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments.
- Define and enforce SRE and DevOps practices, including rigorous CI/CD testing and reviews.
- Maintain 99.9% availability for CI/CD and staging infrastructure and 99.99% product availability.
- Improve disaster recovery, accelerate CI/CD pipelines, and reduce deployment lead time.
- Build and develop distributed engineering teams across regions and time zones through hiring, coaching, and technical guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps and SRE for high-RPS distributed products.
- Strong hands-on experience building complex CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and applying deployment strategies.
- Practical experience developing and maintaining scalable cloud applications with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience implementing secure development environments and making data-driven technical decisions.
- Experience building relationships with neighboring teams and acting as an effective interface between teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with .NET Core, MongoDB, Vue, Kafka, Elasticsearch, GitLab CI, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Jaeger, and Kubernetes.
