Full-Stack Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote work available; mostly US working hours, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM Chicago time, with some overlap required.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features from concept through deployment.
• Develop frontend and backend functionality using Vue.js, TypeScript, Express.js, GCP, MySQL, and Drizzle ORM.
• Improve UI/UX with clean, intuitive interfaces and write reliable tests.
• Develop AI prompts and workflows using OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, and AssemblyAI.
• Create structured evaluations for AI prompt performance and accuracy.
• Review code, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering.

Requirements

• Professional coding experience, typically 3–5 years, including 1–2 years with JavaScript.
• Ability to implement solutions with minimal documentation and take ownership through completion.
• Comfort with rapid iteration, client feedback, and a low-bureaucracy environment.
• Interest in AI-driven products, continuous learning, and measuring adoption and results.
• Availability for collaboration during US working hours, with some overlap required.
