Senior Full-Stack Engineer (PHP/Laravel)

Location: Fully remote with work from anywhere; listed locations include Germany, Hungary, Armenia, Poland, Ukraine, Serbia, Cyprus, Georgia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Portugal.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and ship end-to-end B2B features across Laravel, Doctrine, Nuxt, and Vue.
• Develop embedded widget systems, Nitro server logic, iframe messaging, tracking SDKs, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Design MySQL schemas, Doctrine mappings, migrations, RESTful and JSON:API contracts, and Redis caching layers.
• Integrate AI coding tools and build LLM-powered product features such as automated applicant evaluation.
• Integrate CRM platforms, payment gateways, error tracking systems, and cloud data services.
• Improve automated test coverage, review code, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, QA, and leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full-stack web development experience and 1+ year using AI coding assistants.
• Strong commercial experience with PHP 8+, Laravel, Vue 3, Nuxt 3/4, TypeScript, Pinia, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with MySQL, relational data modeling, ORM technologies, RESTful or JSON:API design, and Redis caching.
• Hands-on experience with PHPUnit and frontend or E2E testing using Playwright, Vitest, or Cypress.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, Linux, and containerized environments.
• Strong written technical communication skills and the autonomy to solve complex problems across multi-service codebases.

Nice to have

• Production experience with Doctrine ORM/DBAL in Laravel environments.
• Experience with embeddable widgets, JavaScript tracking SDKs, iframe communication, browser fingerprinting, or Nitro.
• Experience with Gemini integrations, GCP, payment processors, B2B subscription billing, or data warehouses.
• Previous Tech Lead or Team Lead experience and background in B2B SaaS, EdTech, recruitment, applicant management, or conversion tracking.
