Software Engineer (AI/.NET)

What you will do

• Build and enhance frontend and backend applications supporting HR technology and the Workday ecosystem.
• Develop Generative AI applications, copilots, and autonomous agents to streamline HR operations and improve employee decision support.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable RESTful APIs.
• Configure and support Workday Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits modules, including integrations, security, eligibility rules, reporting, and validations.
• Deliver change requests and strategic projects through impact assessment, solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate in Scrum teams, participate in peer reviews, manage incidents, and advise Product Owners on technical risks and improvements.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience building and supporting applications on the .NET stack, including hands-on Vue development.
• Experience developing scalable RESTful APIs, with knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OWASP security practices.
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience covering microservices, App Services, API Management, cloud-native development, and integrations.
• Experience with DevOps, GitHub CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Docker, NoSQL, MongoDB, cache-based systems, BDD, and TDD.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and model fine-tuning; experience with Microsoft Copilot or Claude is desirable.
• Experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, or Benefits, plus strong stakeholder communication and Agile Scrum experience.
