Senior Technical Consultant – Full Stack (.NET, React), AEC / D&M (AI)

What you will do

• Assess customer requirements for hirify.global product customization, configuration, integration, and automation.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications, enterprise integrations, product customizations, and cloud-based solutions across AEC and D&M portfolios.
• Act as a subject matter expert for hirify.global APIs, hirify.global Platform Services, SDKs, and extensibility frameworks.
• Build AI- and MCP-enabled plugins and solutions that connect enterprise applications, data, and hirify.global workflows.
• Produce requirements specifications, system architectures, implementation plans, estimates, and detailed system designs.
• Lead technical design reviews, promote engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and create reusable frameworks for consulting engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong C#/.NET full-stack web and desktop application expertise.
• Experience with AEC and/or D&M workflows, hirify.global product customization, APIs, SDKs, and extensibility frameworks.
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, ASP.NET/.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and NoSQL or graph databases.
• Experience with hirify.global Platform Services, Azure and/or AWS, cloud-native applications, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Git, and Jira.
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI/LLM applications and integrating Model Context Protocol with applications, APIs, enterprise data, or tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or other AI-assisted development tools.
• Product development experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication, solution design, documentation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead account and project planning discussions and mentor or support others.
