Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence - Remote

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii and Alaska; occasional travel of less than 10% may be required.

Salary: $110,700–$147,500 annually, depending on work location, experience, and education; eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of up to 10% of eligible pay.

What you will do

• Partner with product managers and digital experience leaders to optimize digital experiences through experimentation, behavioral analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze performance, trends, market risks, and opportunities for personal lines auto and property insurance products.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake, Power BI, and other analytical tools to work with large datasets.
• Build business cases by synthesizing data, modeling scenarios, and evaluating financial impacts.
• Apply AI tools and techniques to automate routine analysis and develop scalable decision-support solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Product Management, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or a related industry.
• Strong statistical, analytical, mathematical, research, communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, coach colleagues, and provide feedback.
• Applicants must have indefinite authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship and future immigration support are not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python, or R.
• Experience in product management, financial analysis, or digital customer behavior analytics using Mixpanel, Pendo, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and the ability to connect analytical findings to strategic objectives.
