Business Operations & Analytics

Location: Remote, available only to full-time salaried employees residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Offices are available in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto.

Base salary: $110K–$140K, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships and own the analytical function for the business area.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analysis should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights using business data.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives and measurable outcomes from analysis through execution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with SQL or Python; experience with ClickHouse, Metabase, Jupyter Hub, or GitHub is relevant.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering business impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication and the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Must currently reside in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.
