Senior Software Engineer (React Native)

Location: Remote, open to candidates based anywhere in Poland or Georgia

Salary: €250–€300 per day, depending on experience

Established European SaaS company providing automation software for industrial IoT businesses and large manufacturing operations worldwide.

What you will do

• Own React Native applications end to end for a core manufacturing and IoT product.
• Make architectural decisions covering navigation, state management, performance, and native module integration.
• Lead mobile application performance and release processes.
• Contribute to the Next.js and React web application.
• Develop and maintain Node.js backend functionality.
• Take ownership of features and projects while collaborating with the senior engineering team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extensive hands-on React Native experience owning production mobile applications.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience.
• Solid production experience with Next.js and React.
• Some cloud experience, ideally with GCP.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of taking ownership of features or projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or LLM-powered features.
