Frontend and Mobile Engineer (React Native)

Location: Remote; in-person gatherings at the Campinas office twice a year and two global company offsites annually.

What you will do

• Build and evolve mobile applications with React Native and web products with React and TypeScript.
• Own frontend workstreams from design handoff through production.
• Deliver interfaces for salary advance, FGTS, and consignado products, where clarity and correctness directly affect access to credit.
• Extend a clean-architecture codebase while preserving structure and separation of concerns as new products are added.
• Work with APIs and the BFF layer to shape frontend contracts and determine where logic belongs.
• Collaborate directly with product, credit, compliance, and analytics teams, contributing to code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of combined frontend and mobile engineering experience.
• Solid experience with React Native for mobile and React with TypeScript for web.
• Hands-on experience with a state management library.
• Comfort with clean architecture and separation of concerns, plus working knowledge of backend and BFF concepts.
• Fluent Portuguese and advanced English at C1 level are required.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude.
