System Manager (ERP/CRM/DMS): Leading the design, implementation, integration, and operation of core enterprise systems for an electric two-wheeler mobility business with an accent on ERP, CRM, dealer management, data governance, and vendor coordination. Focus on integrating interconnected platforms, preparing systems for launch, managing cybersecurity and access controls, and stabilizing operations after go-live.

is hiring on behalf of a joint venture accelerating Vietnam’s energy transition through an integrated electric two-wheeler mobility ecosystem.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the systems roadmap for ERP, CRM, DMS, and related digital platforms.
- Lead ERP processes covering finance, procurement, inventory, warehouses, invoicing, fixed assets, budgeting, and reporting.
- Implement CRM capabilities for lead management, test rides, customer interactions, campaigns, complaints, and sales performance.
- Roll out the dealer management system for dealers, retail stores, and workshops, including vehicle ordering, VIN tracking, service, warranty, and spare-parts processes.
- Design integrations, master-data standards, reconciliation processes, access controls, testing, data migration, and launch readiness.
- Manage digital vendors, system operations, cybersecurity, user training, budgets, go-live stabilization, and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise systems, digital transformation, or business system implementation.
- Experience implementing or managing ERP, CRM, and DMS or comparable distribution and retail systems.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, master data, user access, testing, vendor management, and project delivery.
- Experience supporting system go-live and ongoing operations across interconnected systems.
- Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills required.
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, electric vehicles, motorcycles, mobility, retail, distribution, or after-sales operations.
- Experience with dealer or distributor networks, vehicle inventory, VIN tracking, PDI, workshops, warranties, and spare parts.
- Experience in a startup, new-market entry, or business-launch environment.
