What you will do
- Lead the evaluation and alignment of technical customer product requirements and coordinate product release milestones.
- Act as the technical interface for internal and external customers, including technical clarifications, change evaluations, and plausibility checks.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering domains, system integration planning, product testing, and corrective actions.
- Manage technical risks, fault and change management, and escalation of unresolved technical conflicts.
- Drive technical decisions through the Change Control process and align them with quality, cost, and time impacts.
- Lead product development and steering meetings while guiding teams on priorities, dependencies, and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 5–6+ years of professional experience in automotive electronics or a related automotive technology environment.
- Strong experience with automotive software development and cross-functional, multi-domain product development projects.
- Understanding of system integration, testing, technical risk management, and change control.
- Experience with functional safety, ASIL, and automotive development processes is highly preferred.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
