Vehicle Test Driver (Automotive)

Location: Auburn, Washington, USA; on-site outdoor vehicle testing across defined routes in North America.

Compensation: USD 26 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct vehicle driving services according to customer specifications across varied terrain and weather conditions.
• Inspect vehicles before and after shifts and support test preparation and execution.
• Operate data acquisition systems and apply tagging techniques to record objects, obstacles, and anomalies.
• Document observations, maintain confidential records, and complete daily and program-required reports.
• Follow project manager instructions, traffic regulations, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least five years of licensed driving experience.
• Current driver's license and a clean driving record for at least three years.
• Physical ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and drive passenger vehicles for up to eight hours per day.
• Flexible availability for extended hours and weekends; scheduled shifts run Saturday through Monday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
• Ability to meet workplace health and safety requirements and work in a drug-free environment.

• Experience working with ADAS features.
