2027 Sales & Operations Development Program (Starting June 2027)

Location: Missouri City, TX, United States; program locations include Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio, TX, plus Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK. The program includes orientation and graduation in Dallas and occasional travel to offsite locations.

What you will do

• Complete a 12-month rotational program across warehouse and logistics, sales, operations, and project management.
• Learn order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, shipping, and other full-cycle supply chain processes.
• Develop experience in counter, inside, and outside sales, including customer service, product knowledge, selling, and digital tools.
• Support operational decisions involving safety, profitability, facility maintenance, inventory, working capital, and customer service.
• Manage customer, sales, and vendor relationships, place orders, track shipments, coordinate billing, and prepare project quotations.
• Choose elective rotations in product specialties such as automation, lighting, gear, datacom, or services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A four-year or bachelor's degree is preferred, especially in industrial distribution, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• External candidates with a bachelor's degree must have a minimum 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• 0–1 years of experience in a service, business, or sales-oriented role; relevant internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism, leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work at designated U.S. locations and openness to relocation are required for broader opportunities.
