Math Education Specialist (Mathematics Education)

What you will do

• Implement the educational proposal across early childhood, elementary, and middle schools in Monterrey and surrounding areas.
• Lead model mathematics lessons in partner-school classrooms.
• Observe classroom instruction and provide constructive feedback to educators.
• Deliver mathematics and didactics workshops for teachers, academic coordinators, and pedagogical teams.
• Build relationships with school leaders, owners, and educators while providing context-specific guidance.
• Support teachers with pedagogical questions and platform usage to ensure program continuity.

Requirements

• Passion for mathematics education and teaching.
• Ability to work directly with teachers, school leaders, and educational teams.
• Interest in understanding the Mexican educational context and the needs of private and public schools.
• Willingness to conduct classroom observations, lead lessons, and provide on-the-ground support in partner schools.
• Ability to adapt educational guidance to different school contexts and profiles.
