Senior Training Coordinator (MedTech)

Location: Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Administer and maintain the site Learning Management System (LMS), training curricula, registers, records, and annual training calendar.
• Prepare training metrics, results, reports, and purchase orders while reconciling department expenses.
• Coordinate training facilities, resources, materials, new-hire orientation, and Train the Trainer programs.
• Deliver training sessions and support training activities during audits and inspections.
• Create procedures and support training processes related to operator certification, archives, external regulatory agencies, and audit requirements.
• Communicate and escalate business issues, maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and lead low-complexity projects.

Requirements

• Minimum associate degree or equivalent; a completed bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or education is preferred.
• Four to six years of relevant experience in training positions is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English and the ability to read and understand English instructions.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, computer systems management, and the Windchill system.
• Knowledge of GMPs/ISO, training planning, presentations, project management, and Train the Trainer qualification.
• Experience in an FDA or European regulatory environment, strong communication skills, and presentation ability are preferred.
