QESH Manager

What you will do

• Manage Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health functions on site and implement related policies and procedures.
• Develop training materials and ensure employees and new hires complete required training and certification.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training, communication and behavior-based QESH programs.
• Investigate accidents and injuries, identify root causes, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct audits, risk analyses and trend reviews; report performance and coordinate improvement plans and annual management reviews.
• Support equipment installation safety planning, emergency response procedures, regulatory relationships, PPE management and customer QA communication.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health.
• 3+ years of experience in a light industrial and/or warehousing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, BRC, VPP and First Aid.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience maintaining compliance with regulatory and industry requirements, including food-safety and customer standards.

Nice to have

• Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
