QC Supervisor (Microbiology)

What you will do

• Lead and develop QC analysts performing microbiological testing in a GMP-regulated laboratory.
• Coordinate testing activities to support manufacturing schedules, product release, and customer commitments.
• Plan and prioritize laboratory work to achieve quality and operational goals.
• Review and approve laboratory documentation for GMP and regulatory compliance.
• Coach team members, manage performance, and support professional development.
• Lead process improvements and collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and site stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience in a Quality Control laboratory within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong microbiology experience.
• Previous supervisory or people management experience.
• Experience with coaching, mentoring, performance accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
