Digital Integrator, Lab Execution Systems (Pharma)

What you will do

• Lead digital strategy and act as the digital representative for Plant Execution Systems across clinical manufacturing operations.
• Support and improve Manufacturing Execution Systems, OSI-PI, Asset Framework, Event Framework, eLIMS integrations, and manufacturing analytics.
• Enable integrations between MES, OSI-PI, SAP, eLIMS, Benchling, Zontal, and enterprise data platforms.
• Embed ontology, FAIR data practices, data quality, and traceability into execution systems and storage platforms.
• Partner with scientific, manufacturing, engineering, quality, Digital, IT, and OT teams to drive adoption and digital ways of working.
• Support GxP-compliant processes, computerized system validation, governance, reporting, and visualization improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cell therapy, gene therapy, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and OSI-PI, as well as digital manufacturing or operational technology solutions.
• Understanding of GxP regulations, data integrity, computerized system validation, and traceability requirements.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Experience leading digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical ontology, PES-X/MES platforms, LIMS, system integration, data architectures, or manufacturing analytics.
• Knowledge of SDLC and project management certification or experience leading complex programs.
