What you will do

• Monitor profit, sales, performance goals, and store financial reports.
• Oversee the eyeglass department, inventory, operational efficiency, and policy compliance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate opticians, contact lens sales associates, and other store associates.
• Maintain customer service and quality standards, including reviewing remakes and enforcing procedures.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, reporting, and communication with management and corporate teams.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, and associate retention.

Requirements

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Understanding of store operations and performance standards.
• Strong oral and written communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• Some locations may require specific licenses or credentials under state law.
