Strategic Pricing Senior Manager

Location: Saint Louis, MO; candidates in the St. Louis, Detroit, or Newark areas will work in-office. The role primarily works in the Eastern Time Zone.

Salary: $125,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and refine pricing strategies and methods in response to market dynamics.
• Support proposal content design, development, review, and documentation.
• Build business cases for changing business models and contribute to new service and product planning.
• Develop proposal strategies, themes, and proposal management plans.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, and executive leadership on value propositions and competitive differentiators.
• Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation, and lead tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or equivalent experience in pricing and business development.
• Five additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a demanding and dynamic proposal environment.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
