Scientist - Pharmaceutical Raw Materials

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite laboratory position

What you will do

• Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished pharmaceutical products.
• Independently operate chromatographic, titration, spectroscopy, dissolution, and other laboratory instruments.
• Prepare samples and standards and conduct analyses with minimal supervision.
• Set up and validate new analytical processes and execute method transfer protocols.
• Document laboratory work in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted US work authorization without sponsorship indefinitely.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, a related concentration, or equivalent directly related experience.
• 1–2 years of GMP industry experience.
• 1–2 years of HPLC industry experience.
• Must currently live within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
• Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; up to 25% travel may be required.
