What you will do

• Design and build high-performance, low-latency systems supporting trading strategies.
• Own the full technical stack from system design through implementation.
• Improve system stability, scalability, and operational risk management.
• Evaluate and prototype new technologies, tools, and engineering approaches.
• Apply object-oriented design and strong software engineering practices.
• Collaborate directly with traders and quants to shape technical solutions around trading needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or a foreign equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive experience developing software applications or trading infrastructure.
• Strong system design foundation with the ability to balance performance, reliability, and simplicity.
• Experience with or strong aptitude for high-performance or low-latency system development.
• Solid object-oriented programming skills and sound engineering practices.
• Curiosity, initiative, and experience investigating technologies and proposing improvements.
