Medical Affairs Scientist (MAS)

Location: Poland — Remote, field based

Salary: Minimum annual gross salary of 217,500 PLN; annual bonus of 15%

What you will do

• Build trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, regulators, payors, medical societies, patient organizations, and academic institutions.
• Generate, synthesize, document, and share actionable medical insights with country, cluster, international, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and execute prioritized medical plans, including KOL mapping, local projects, scientific events, and omnichannel activities.
• Serve as a scientific point of contact for assigned therapeutic areas and contribute to cluster and brand strategies.
• Support the local clinical trial environment through protocol feasibility, site identification, investigator engagement, and recruitment support.
• Maintain scientific integrity and compliance while supporting regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities.

Requirements

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree with substantial pharmaceutical experience and knowledge.
• Medical degree or equivalent with board certification, or a therapeutic-area PhD with post-doctoral experience, is desirable.
• Strong scientific and medical experience, including clinical or research experience.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, local healthcare systems, and regulatory environments.
• Ability to analyze medical data and generate actionable insights.
• Fluent business and medical English required; additional languages may be required by the market.
