What you will do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Display.
- Translate and adapt ad copy for Japanese audiences while preserving brand tone and cultural nuance.
- Conduct Japanese-market keyword research using local tools and methods.
- Analyze Japanese search-term reports and keyword data to improve campaigns and create negative keyword lists.
- Recommend targeting, ad structure, and messaging strategies for Japanese campaigns.
- Prepare Japan-specific insights and performance metrics aligned with the global PPC reporting framework.
Requirements
- Fluent English and native, fluent, or professional Japanese, spoken and written.
- At least 2–3 years of paid media experience.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally for B2B clients.
- Strong analytical, written communication, and optimization skills.
- Ability to collaborate asynchronously with English-speaking teams across time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience managing international campaigns or multinational and B2B clients targeting Japan.
- Experience with NAVER Ads.
- Korean language proficiency.
