Assembly Methods Team Leader

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate Assembly Methods team activities, resources, and priorities.
• Oversee manufacturing routings, assembly documentation, and work instructions.
• Manage product configuration and support engineering change implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning teams.
• Support production problem-solving and continuous improvement of assembly processes.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues affecting delivery and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of configuration management, manufacturing routings, and assembly processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Boards and Power BI is an asset.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, or MES systems is an asset.
