Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, business administration, psychology, or a related field preferred, or 2–5 years of relevant case management or social work experience.
• Strong administrative, time-management, and communication skills.
• Experience handling sensitive data, documentation, and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Empathy, organization, goal orientation, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
