Lead Platform Engineer (Hybrid Cloud)

What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve scalable, secure, and automated hybrid cloud platform capabilities.
• Translate architectural direction into reusable, production-ready engineering solutions.
• Drive infrastructure as code, CI/CD, GitOps, reusable modules, platform blueprints, and golden paths.
• Build observability, resilience, reliability, and operational sustainability into platform services.
• Enable alignment across architecture, engineering, operations, security, and application teams.
• Challenge existing approaches, reduce operational complexity, and improve platform maturity.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in platform engineering and complex technical environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Strong experience with automation, infrastructure as code, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to guide complex technical delivery and create reusable platform capabilities.
• Pragmatic, technically curious, and able to structure work and challenge assumptions.
