• Implement, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot complex IAM infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Plan and execute IAM programs aligned with business requirements, security standards, and delivery timelines.
• Automate identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, governance controls, and operational processes.
• Integrate Microsoft Entra ID with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
• Design and support RBAC, PIM, access governance, passwordless authentication, managed identities, and access certification.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and on-call support for critical IAM services.

• 4+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DNS, and hybrid identity environments.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and experience with Python, Bash, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, identity governance, lifecycle management, and enterprise authentication services.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Entra B2B, Entra External Identity, and modern authentication practices.
• Ability to support cloud, hybrid, and enterprise IAM environments and participate in an on-call rotation.
