Senior Field Service Project Manager (Nuclear Operations)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; customer-site work and travel required for 75% of the year.

What you will do

• Champion safety and quality during nuclear outage preparation and execution.
• Manage staffing for coordinated turbine generator outages.
• Support outage planning for hirify.global and customers.
• Provide technical oversight and lead technical discussions with customer and field personnel.
• Lead and oversee vendors throughout planning and execution.
• Develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules and present schedule reports to customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of turbine generator or field service experience.
• Knowledge of turbine and generator maintenance and outage execution.
• Experience working in commercial nuclear power plants.
• Experience leading people and vendors.
• Confirmed understanding of lifting and rigging.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization and able to obtain unescorted nuclear plant access.
