Senior Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: Denver, United States; hybrid work with options to work from company hubs

Salary: up to $160,000 per year, depending on experience

hirify.global develops API management and event stream infrastructure, including AI Agent Management, Agent Gateway, Model Context Protocol support, and multi-agent, multi-LLM controls for enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Deliver hirify.global NextGen Cloud infrastructure supporting AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
• Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based customer environments and Helm deployments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure features with the Platform Team.
• Investigate support tickets and resolve complex customer issues with the support team.
• Create knowledge articles and share technical expertise through internal TechTalks.
• Improve operational processes and tools, including AI-driven automation for infrastructure and support workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Experience creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation, with experience using Terraform and Docker.
• Experience with certificate management, continuous delivery tools such as Argo Workflows and ArgoCD, and Helm Charts.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, plus strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway, or LLM-serving infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
