Accessories Garment Technician

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; hybrid working with a 60:40 home-working policy.

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise across hosiery, socks, bra solutions, gifting, beach bags, slippers, and other accessories.
• Translate design concepts into technical requirements and work with Buying, Design, and suppliers throughout product development.
• Conduct fitting and product reviews, identify construction and material issues, and manage approvals from first sample through production.
• Maintain technical specifications, measurements, comments, standards, and product documentation in PLM.
• Manage quality checks, AQL inspections, wear testing, test reports, and compliance with relevant EU requirements.
• Coordinate critical-path milestones, supplier communication, production risk assessments, and sample delivery.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar garment or accessories technical role.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or HBO degree in fashion, clothing, or quality control.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of MS Office and PLM systems.
• Technical experience with hosiery, socks, bra solutions, gifting, beach bags, slippers, or similar accessories.

Nice to have

• Experience with Beauty, Wellness, or Travel accessories.
