UX Researcher & Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX research and design from discovery and problem framing through prototyping, validation, delivery support, and post-release learning.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, usability testing, workflow analysis, and synthesis.
• Translate research findings into product requirements, design direction, recommendations, and user-centered solutions.
• Design and evaluate AI-enabled products, including LLM-based tools, agentic systems, automation workflows, and human-in-the-loop decision support.
• Create journey maps, workflow models, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, usability findings, and design specifications.
• Lead collaboration and decision-making across product, engineering, data science, clinical, operations, and business teams, while mentoring UX colleagues and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in UX research, product design, usability evaluation, and user-centered development for complex digital products.
• Independent ownership of end-to-end UX work across discovery, design, validation, delivery support, and iteration.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, visual communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary product, engineering, data science, clinical, operations, and business teams.
• Proficiency with UX research, design, prototyping, and AI-enabled productivity tools, including Figma, Copilot, Cursor, and AI synthesis tools.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or evaluating AI-enabled products, LLM-powered workflows, agentic systems, intelligent automation, or decision-support tools.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or other regulated and data-intensive domains.
• Experience with enterprise applications, analytics workflows, data visualization, complex operational tools, or AI-assisted product development.
• Mentoring experience or advanced training in UX research, product design, human factors, or AI product development.
